Order Processing
Every Mionne book is made to order. Once you approve your preview, your book is printed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. During busy gifting periods, printing can take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- United States: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
- International: 9 to 14 business days after dispatch (may vary with customs processing)
Ordering for a birthday or a holiday? Allow for printing time plus delivery time, and order a little early. A Mionne book is worth arriving on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
International Orders: Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees that are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing can cause delivery delays outside our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your book arrives damaged, contact us right away at contact@mionne.com with a photo and we will send a replacement copy or refund you. If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we will reprint and reship it free of charge.
Returns & Reprints
Personalized books are made for one child only and cannot be restocked, so returns work differently than for ordinary products. See our Return & Refund Policy for how previews, reprints and refunds work.
